Sugar & Spice Esthetics was built on intuition, bold leaps, and a little bit of magic.

Before becoming an esthetician, Erica was a 5th grade math and science teacher. She loved my students, but she felt called toward something different. That calling became clear after her first facial—she left knowing esthetics was her path. While still teaching full-time, she enrolled in skincare school, graduated, and began building her career at Be Well Holistic Care, where she found her niche in acne treatment and became a certified Face Reality Acne Expert. She was honored to be voted Best Esthetician by Orlando Weekly two years in a row, and when Be Well closed, she took it as my sign to open Sugar & Spice.

Not long after, her best friend Dom—who is also a social worker—followed her own spark into esthetics and joined her. Together, they’ve created a space that blends results-driven skincare with an edgy, alternative vibe that’s far from your typical day spa.

We specialize in corrective skincare, acne treatments, body sugaring, brows, lash lifts and tints, and Reiki energy healing. Dom is our brow queen, known for her precision and artistry, while Erica focus heavily on acne and corrective treatments. We’re proud winners of Orlando Weekly’s Best Day Spa and Best Eyelash/Brow Salon, and Erica is honored to serve as a Skin Script Education Ambassador, supporting future estheticians through education and mentorship.

What means the most to us is the community we’ve built. From hosting and participating in local pop-up events to collaborating with other small businesses, we love bringing our brand beyond the treatment room. Sugar & Spice is more than a spa—it’s a safe space where expertise, creativity, and connection come together to help you feel seen, confident, and glowing.
